Mancat Monday - Mole Rodeo Edition

Smell that?  Fall is in the air! - Prancer Pie

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  We're so excited about this fall weather!  This is a pic of me, sniffing the air before I dart out the cat-door.   All of our time that is not spent on nomming or napping, is spent on the catio.  (To answer some furriends, AITI, Mommy is working on getting us some more catio furniture.)

BREAKING NEWS:  Mommy and Daddy just broke up a mole "rodeo" on the catio!  MOL!  It was a baby mole that sumhow found its way onto our turf.  The little bugger made it between the cage wire and escaped.  MOUSES!

Sum kitteh (Princeton)  took off, but I stayed til the bitter end.  I think we know who the better mancat here is.  Heh-Heh.

Happy Mancat Monday and purrs, y'all!

  1. Holy Moley! Do the babies also have sharp claws ? Best be careful there.

Äiti is very pleased you will be getting furniture - may we also suggest a bbq pit for future prey ? Hehehehe.

And I have no objection to which end of me your Mommy kisses. Both are clean and perfect. Hehehe.

Have a great Monday. We await more rodeo action. Ride 'em Prancer!

PS Where was Precious, may we ask ?

  4. That's a lucky mole to have had someone intervene on its behalf. The cats who came before us used to use moles as cat toys. In the house. Yet another reason we'll never be allowed outside, much less with a cat door.

  7. What a mighty hunter you will become if you can catch that mole but be careful Prancer Pie as they have evil claws on their feet. One of Mum's before cats used to go into the local cemetery and bring her moles back - thank goodness he didn't dig deeper!

  10. P.P., you are definitely the brave man-cat of the family. We suspect you needed a long nap on the couch after all that excitement. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Misty May, Mauricio, Fiona, Giulietta, Lisbeth, Astrid and Calista Jo
