Thankful Thursday

Princeton works on a drawer.

SUCCESS!

Hi furriends, Princeton here on your Thankful Thursday.  I've got lots to be thankful for this week.

  1. Mommy quit hijacking the blog.
  2. We didn't get blown away by storms.
  3. I'm able to manipulate all the cabinets and drawers open in the house.
I just love to get into the Mommy's makeup/hair supplies drawer.  Did you kittehz know that hairbrushes can be great fun to chew on and bunny kick?  The big plus is they smell like your human's hair!  I'll try to remind the feeble-minded quick-witted Mommy to post a pic of yours truly taking down a hairbrush.  MOL!

Well, gotta run, I've got to finish ransacking looking through this drawer before I scamper off to tear up play with something else.  (Mommy!  Why so many cross-outs?!?)

Happy Thankful Thursday and purrs, y'all!

  1. We are so glad the storms passed you by. And it's always good when mommies surrender the blogs so we can do our thing.

Good job on the drawers. Do you give lessons Princeton?

  2. We can (sometimes) open cabinet doors, but we have not figured out drawers yet! We are impressed!

  3. Sadly, I don't find any of my human's things interesting enough to explore. And we Somali cats are known for being "handy." But we need something worth handling first!

  8. Hmmm, interesting. I need to learn this trick. My human keeps kitty toys hidden away in her drawer, claiming they're "hairbands." Hmph, as if I don't recognize kitty toys when I see them!

  10. We're so glad you're safe from the storms.

Pawesome job on the drawers. Among the three of us, only Pierre can open drawers, but he will open them and shop for goodies whenever he thinks nobody is watching. He says to tell you that desk drawers have good loot, so don't overlook them.

  16. Dear Princeton,

So. Drawers, eh? What's your price?

You see, we have a wonderful drawer call "Pet Drawer". It contains: dog treats, cat treats, brushes, chews, more treats...

So what's your going rate? We could, perhaps, split the contents? 50-50 sound fair? I can get you into the house, if you can get into that drawer...

Or perhaps you could teach one of my Cats to open the drawer? That would be a long term investment. Hmmm.

    I eagerly await your reply.

  22. Princeton, I totally know what you mean about brushes. The lady with the yellow hair has a brush just for me and she brushes me with it and when I get tired of her brushing me (which doesn't take long) I start chewing on and bunny kicking that brush like crazy!

  23. We didn't realize you are in Oklahoma too! Thank Cod you are all safe and ok. We have been worrying about everyone there, and their poor pets too.

Our mom is thankful no kitty can open drawers here. She is sure they could if they wanted, they just haven't thought of it.

  24. Purrs to you Princeton for your excellent skills! I am envious. I myself (though I am a very clever boy) do not know how to open drawers. Maybe you could teach me?

  25. Princeton, you are one talented dude. Does the drawer have to be open some for you to do this? Bet you can find some really good napping spots. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
