Mouses award from Stunning Keisha |
Hi furriends, Princeton here. Word around the blogosphere is that I'm a pretty good mouse hunter. My furriend STUNNING KEISHA even gave me this award. Thanks, CK! I'm strutting around the house with my chest stuck out.
The sad truth is that I don't even get to eat them. Not even a little nibble! We do have neighbors and the Mommy is afraid that some of the mice could have been poisoned. Not likely, but you can never be too cautious. The peeps do give me a nice treat and extra love and praise after making a kill, so I can't complain.
Happy Thursday furriends and happy hunting! Purrs, y'all.
You are a MIGHTY HUNTER and we are in awe of your skills. Shame about the snacking though. But best to be safe!
ReplyDeleteAw, but we think tasty treats are better (and less messy) than mousie guts.
ReplyDeletewe have no mouses around here either so we don't have any clue how they taste like.
ReplyDeleteemma and buster
That's a bummer that you don't get to eat your catch, Princeton, but I can see your human's reasoning - and that's really a bummer that you have to watch out for that!
ReplyDeleteDon't feel too bad, we think these mouses are a made up thing. We've never seen one that isn't pink or blue fluff.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the award Princeton.
ReplyDeleteSorry you don't get to taste the mice but it's good your mommy protects you. Our mice are all stuffed.
Purrs,
Cindi Lou & The Kitty Krew

ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
Concatus again Princeton. I agree with your parents though. Best to err on the cautious side.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy you are staying away from those real live mousies if there is a possibility they could have been poisoned. Congratulations on your mousie award.

Hey, Princeton, hunting those mouses is most of the fun! Congrats on your award!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your award, Princeton. You are a great mouser but please don't eat them. Mom could tell you a horror story about what happened to one of her pups from the past when she got in to some d-con. The story has a happy ending, but it was a tough experience.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
We don't eat them either, just smack 'em and kill 'em.
ReplyDeleteConcats on your Mousies! We aren't allowed to eat them either. The mom throws them away!
ReplyDeleteYay for u awardie!!
ReplyDeleteYou are Blogville's champion Mousie catcher. Good job's your not allowed to eat them though. xxoxxxx
ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
hey hey hey Princeton! Nice award dude! And you are the champion of all things related to MOUSES for sure
ReplyDeleteThat's the same thing that happens at our house. If we catch a field mouse that sneaks in when the weather gets cold, we aren't allowed to eat it, which we think is pretty mean! Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
