The No-Good, Horrible, Very Bad Day

PRINCETON  SHOWS HIS OUCHIE EYE

Hi kittehz!  Friday was not very good to us.  The Mommy woke up with a bad headache.  Around noonish, she noticed my left eye was yukky.  She immediately fixed up a warm salt compress for it.  Let me just say that I put up a good fight that would make all of you kittehz out there in blogland, proud of me.  There was much screaming and gnashing of teefs (mine) and there was bloodshed (Mommy's).  (Mommy is A- if anybody wants to donate for round two...)
While torturing me applying it, Precious made some awful sounds and bomited a whole bunch of food.  Doodz, it was a lot.

I almost felt sorry for the Mommy.  Almost.

Mommy called the V-E-T and now I'm on an aunty-biotic until Tuesday at which point we will check in with the V-E-T again.

Precious seems fine and has ate and held it down.  Mommy doesn't know what caused her upset tummy.  She has never seen Precious sick before.  She's watching her like a hawk, though.

We're hoping for an uneventful, easy kind of Caturday.  We hope all our furriends have one, too.
Purrs, ya'll.

Pee Ess - we're still waiting on that new computer cord.  Mommy's typing with one hand and holding the cord together with the other.  MOL!

  1. Oh you poor, poor, poor sweet boy. They've gotten to you too, haven't they? Well, at least you didn't get stuffed in the PTU . . . yet. You just can't trust the peeps at the Stabby Places! Phfft. Man, you should teleport over here and then we'll go visiting. We can go to Wales and hang out with Austin who has just had his own Stabby Place troubles. We'll head on down to the local for a pint, eh? Cheerio and all, Buddy. Oh, and kissies to Precious. She was just getting some revenge on the Mommy for torturing you, that's all. Did your Mom step in it or anything? ::hopeful::

  2. We are worried about you Dude. Even I am moderately concerned about Precious. Äiti says up-chucking can happen for many different reasons and hopefully it was a one off. And we hope your eye is clear and sparkly. It is so awful when stuff goes wrong for us - but it s a good sign you put up a good fight!
Purrs dudes, and please keep us posted.

  6. Oy! Gees, even we feel sorry for your mom...and you too! Purrs to you and Precious for speedy healing.

P.S. Our human says your mom might need a glass of wine (or whatever she prefers to drink) to help her get through this. Speaking from personal experience. LOL.

  16. Princeton, you little brave dear, tell your mommy to wash your eye with black tea. ask her to make some regular black tea (with no sugar - lol) wait until it cools down and wash your eye with it, just damp a Kleenex in it and clean over your eye, put a drop or two in it if possible. that'll make your ouie eye as good as new in no time.
Poor Precious was probably upset. I hope she is all better.
