Spider Wars

Princeton and Precious with  the deaded spider.

Prancer Pie gets a close-up of it.

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  We have been having spider wars here at our house.  They run in the front door when the humans go in or out.  We wait by the door, then we pounce on them! (unless Mommy ruins our fun first)  Some give up easily, others, put up a real fight.   It's great fun to chase one across the floor, listening to Mommy yell fur Daddy to kill it.  Then Mommy and Daddy chase Princeton through the house to keep him from eating it.  It's too funny, kittehz.  I couldn't make this stuff up!  Well, gotta go sit by the front door so I can get a front-row seat fur the spider war.  Happy Thursday and purrs, ya'll.

Pee Ess - we just found out that dear, sweet, Elliot went to the bridge unexpectedly. Go by and leave some words of comfort HERE.  Arty mouse has been missing since Monday. Be sure to purray fur her safe return.  Visit them HERE.

  2. Strangely enough, mummy likes spiders. We had one living in the bathroom a couple of years ago and he would come down from the ceiling when mummy got in the bath and read over her shoulder!! He was called Fred. Simba and I had nothing to do with his eating......I mean disappearance :)xx

  4. I wish we had more spiders! I love spider wars. For some reason, my human does not seem fazed by the lack of them.

  5. Yep, the thought of your Mom and Dad chasing Princeton around the house gave us the giggles too. It sounds like the spiders are losing the war at your house.

  6. Oh Dear me... Mom and I hate creepy crawly things. Do you have camel crickets in OK? Not only are they loud in the wee hours of the night but the jump straight up and have a humped back...very ugly.

Oh we are so sorry about Elliot this has been a sad few weeks in blogville lots of furbabies are really sick and others taking unexpected trips to the bridge.
    Run free Elliot.

  8. My favorite are crickets. MOM tries to catch them and put them back outside (she does that with spiders too, crazy woman).

  9. It looks like you are a great pest control team, no chemicals, and no charge (except maybe some treats now and then).

So sorry about your friend Elliot, sure has been a sad time for many kitties recently.

  21. We must have really smart spiders in our house. They rarely come on the floor and stay up on the ceiling where we can reach them.

  22. OMC! I think my Mommy would faint if she saw a spider that big! She would find a fat book to splat over it, then put something over that, THEN run screaming for a brave male member of the family to get it and flush it down the toilet.....one she never uses...lol=^Y^=

  24. Those are some big spiders! Our mom happens to like them cause they eat other bugs, which she doesn't like. So we would not be allowed to eat spiders. While she is around, that is. Your house sounds crazy fun!
