Just a note from the Mommy: Some kitteh pee mailed into an electrical outlet. There were sparks, nasty black smoke, and a funny sizzling noise. Oh, and lots of HBO words. Thank Baste we were home. Everyone is fine, but frazzled.
Happy Wednesday and purrs, y'all.
O... M... C...!!!
ReplyDeleteWe have sure never tried THAT an we sure won't now fer sure.
TBT here: I would love to read the explantion you give to the electrician. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds scary. We hope the offending kitteh (and everyone else in the house) is not too traumatized. Glad to hear everyone is fine.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Cindi Lou & the Kitty Krew
Ahhhhahahahahaha I really wish I had thought of doing that, just to see the peoples' reaction. Glad everyone is fine...that just makes it funny...
ReplyDeleteThank goodness you are all okay. We have to confess that somekitty did EXACTLY the same here on Saturday. Luckily the fuse blew so there was just a smell...... Äiti did not reaöise what had happened until the microwave didn't work. Then there were lots of very interesting words. She easily fixed it all with a new fuse and then a new plug on the microwave. And now she's buying 'plug protectors'........
ReplyDeleteWhoa! I'm glad everybody is safe.
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting catiocam! it is very very chilly out so we are all inside, snuggled up.
ReplyDeleteWow! A bit too much excitement, we think. So glad everyone is ok.
ReplyDeleteWow, that sounds scary! We sure are glad you is all okay!!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Carmine, Milita, and Jewel
There could have been a dangerous outcome so we are happy to know you are all fine.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Oops...
ReplyDeleteA cat was doing that on last night's episode of My Cat From Hell.
Glad everyone is OK.
Happy Wednesday :)
Yikes, we saw Cats from Hell last night and this cat kept doing that..They had to put cling film all over the sockets. xxooxxx
ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
Oh mu, that really is scary and y'all better be careful.
ReplyDeleteYIKES!! That sounds worse than peeing on an electric fence. Glad everyone is ok.
ReplyDeleteGOOD GRIEF WHATEVER CAUSED THAT...I HOPE THAT WAS A ONE AND ONLY!!!
ReplyDeleteMILKY-WAY OUR FIRST CAT WAS NEUTERED BUT ONCE WHEN A STRAY WAS ON OUR DECK FOR SEVERAL DAYS HE SPRAYED THE BACK DOOR...NEVER DID IT BEFORE THAT ONE TIME BUT I'M SURE IT HE WAS TRYING TO MARK HIS TERRITORY.
HUGS MADI YOUR BFFF
Uh oh.... no more pee mail by electrical outlets!!! OOPS!! We are so glad everything is OK!!!
ReplyDeleteOMC! Sounds like outlet covers are on order at your house. Glad no serious damage was done.
ReplyDeleteWe're quite sure that none of you is claiming responsibility for this. It makes our mom feel better that other pawrents have to deal with inappropriate peeing behavior, not that she wishes that on anybody. Glad no fur was fried, no one was injured and the house did not catch on fire. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteOMC that is scary. hope every one's safe.
ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
OMC! This is very strange because someone peed in my tunnel recently! I'm glad you are all okay!
ReplyDeleteThat is so frightening. Outlet covers for certain and Princeton, you need to come clean as to what made you do that!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness kitties, that is just crazy! Thank goodness everykitty is ok! No peeing in outlets from now on says Uncle Cloon!
ReplyDeleteguys...ta pee ore knot ta pee...thatz de questshun N if ya see a out let...itz...knot ta pee....N wear was de dawgs while thiz be goin on....they iz guiltee til proved inn o cent ~~~

OMC, how scary! That happened here, years ago, with a power strip under the head peep's desk. To this day, the electric strip is attached to the leg of the desk with zip ties.
ReplyDeleteThe manpeep says that if that's a problem, ask an electrician about GFI plugs, which are meant for wet areas, like kitchens. They probably don't have to be on every single plug, because the protection on it can protect more than one outlet near each other if they're on the same circuit. (Now we'll probably have the manpeep replacing our plugs that he's thought of it!)
OMC! I am NOT letting the boys read this!!
ReplyDeleteWhoa! Peeing in an electrical socket is just wrong for so many reasons. Did the fire department have to come? Thankfully the peeps were home.
ReplyDeleteWhoa! That was some hot pee.
ReplyDeleteNow that's just plain scary!
ReplyDeleteOMC !
ReplyDeleteGlad that no one got electrified in da but !!
XOXO
