Tuxie Tuesday

Precious waiting on the coffee.

Hi furriends, Precious here.  Mommy has just been laffin and laffin at this pic.  She says it reminds her of the old Folgers Coffee jingle: "the best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup."  She sings it now with "tuxie in your cup".    HahaMeow!  Wouldn't that be hilarious?  I think they probably need a little "tuxie" in their cups. (if you know what I mean)

What is it about humans and their dirty hot water that smells funny coffee?  I think the day starts best with a little Fancy Feast and maybe a little dry kibble.  Maybe it would help sharpen the Mommy's mind a little if she would start her morning with salmon and shrimp feast, instead.  MOL!  Just a thought, kittehz.

I hope efurrybody has a great Tuxie Tuesday.  (I will be purrsonally affronted if you don't.)
Just remember:  TUXIES RULE!!!  HAHAHAMEOW!   Purrs, y'all.

    Yeah, I don't get that coffee thing either. I do have the lady trained so that she feeds me before making her coffee.

    We also get fed prior to Mommy's dirty little habit is indulged...however, she does put cream dots on the counter for us to sip so it's all good.

    The head peep starts her coffeemaker before she feeds us in the morning. She says it's so that we don't expect we will be fed the instant she gets out of bed, but it just makes us more impatient. Good help is so hard to find.

    My human would be lost without Starbucks. As it is she's a three+ cup a day coffee addict.

    We've tried an intervention but she just falls asleep..

    Surprisingly, mommy doesn't do coffee much. But that may be changing as the winter rolls on. Currently she drinks Peppermint tea, but that, I think, is temporary. And she drinks her tea and coffee in the afternoons.
    Well, she does drink iced tea in the morning (green tea). After she looks after MY needs.
    Of course Tuxies Rule here!

    MomKatt is SERIOUSLY addicted to coffee. She said she can't see why we want "stinky food" first thing in the morning. I guess it's just a cultural divide that kitties & hoomans who drink coffee will always have!

    HA! Tuxie in your cup! We laugh because our Tuxie Ruling sister Tessa used the kitchen sink to pee in last week (because she's always pushing the rules) and it'd be funny if she went in someone's coffee cup. Our mom says that's not funny at all but we laughed. Tuxie purrs to Precious!
