Senile Saturday

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  Hmmm, what's this box Daddy brought home?

It looks like it has already been opened.

Out Of My Way, Prancer Pie!  I will put my paw down in that box and see what's there.

Umph, humph, uggg, I can't feel anything.

OH MY CAT!  How did you get in there, Prancer Pie?

This box must be magical.  Let me check this out.

Nothing to see in here.

Smells ok, too.

*tap*  *tap*

Now this box looks like it has the goods in it!  Wonder what the Mommy is gonna do with all these little bags???   She seemed pretty excited to get them.

Shortly after this, Mommy put them all in the freezer.  She's so senile.  What good will they be after they're frozen???

Happy Senile Saturday and purrs, y'all.

Pee Ess - Mommy seems pretty excited about her weekend!  MOL!

WEATHER UPDATE:  We are ok.  The storms have passed us by this morning.  We are very thankful we once again.  Many furriends and acquaintances weren't so lucky yesterday.  Flood damage is very heavy in our county, just south of where we live.   Our thoughts and purrayers are with those as they put their lives back together again.

  3. Our mommy says she is coming over to your house tomorrow! :)

  4. Humans are crazy - mine got all excited because there is a "lite" version! She usually drinks champagne splits because champagne is low calorie and it is less expensive than you'd expect. But sometimes she'd like something that's festive in a different way!

P.S. I hope you kitties and your humans are safe. We've been concerned here in Cali!

  5. Hope you all are safe. And that you have a good supply of those "boxes".
    Blessings,

  6. What *IS* that stuff? Does it have that ingredient that makes the Humans act like they're on Nip and then sometimes they frow up?

  7. What a neat idea! Mom laughed at the "Light" version, but it IS a good idea. Mom has already used the store locator on line to find some of those freezable bags near here.

  8. We had to google to see what those things were. And it made Mommy happy just thinking of them. MOL.

We have been watching the news and we are purring that all of you are safe.

  10. Our mom wants to come visit your mom and partake in one of those little bags that your mom froze. However, it will be after tornado season! We were thinking of and praying for you yesterday with all those evil tornadoes. Hope you all are safe!

  13. Glad you all had some fun exploring the box and we are sure Mom is going to enjoy those bags.

We thought of you last night with all those storms. We had lots of flash flooding here yesterday morning but nothing severe.

    Take care.

  14. That really *is* a magic box! We think that with those storms having come through, your Mom will be ready for some of that box contents when it comes out of the freezer. We're glad to hear that you are safe and sound.

  15. No wonder it's called Island Squeeze, because you have to squeeze yourself to get inside there!

  18. Whew - so happy you are all okay. We feel so bad for everyone affected by all those storms. They have been horrible this year. Stay safe - it's probably not over yet for the season.

  19. We have been purraying for you. We know that so many lives have been upended by those terrible storms. WE hope that it is over for the season. Now we turn our attention to the tropics and wait for whatever develops, they are already forecasting the first storm of the season this week and it is supposed to hit southern FL.

  29. Oh we're so very glad you guys are okay! We are too, however we're in the same situation with flooding. Our flash flood warnings have been issued almost every day for the past 5 days, and several roads near us have been closed due to high water.

About the only thing we've had to endure are phone & internet outages (thank goodness for pre-scheduled posts!). We hear Time Warner can make it out to us by next Friday - OY!

Concats on winning the BlogPaws swag! (Uhm, did you know you'd entered and won the DOG one?)

Could you email us at tonkstail (at) gmail.com and send us your address so we can mail it out to you? WOOT!
