Finally Friday

Princess readies herself for the weekend.

Hi furriends, HRH Princess here. Today is Finally Friday!  Woo-Hoo!!!   We are finally getting around to our last award, too. (bad Mommy!)   It is from our pals at  FRIENDS FUREVER.  Thank you, kittehz!  Be sure to stop by and visit them if you don't know them.  We are supposed to answer five questions.  Let's go:

1. If you could change one thing, what would you change?  Ummm, well, let's see.  I'm pretty  much purrfect, so I wouldn't change a royal thing.
2.  If you could repeat an age, what would it be? Any year? A "mature" ladycat such as myself realizes that you can't go back and wouldn't change the past.  So I wouldn't repeat any age.  Remember:  I'm purrfect.
3.  What is one thing that really scares you?  I would have to say it would be that bloody   Rainbow vacuum.  I really hate that thing!
4. What is one dream you have not completed, and do you think you'll be able to complete it?  I would really like to get my Mommy to be able to meet some of our pawsome furriends here on the CB!  We think she will eventually get to do it!
5.  If you could be someone else for one day, who would it be?  Dahlings!  Why would I want to be anybody else?

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  My good furriend, SPITTY gave me the Liebster award. Thanks, Spitty!   In accepting this award I have to say 5 things about myself.

I was found the week of Christmas (hence Prancer), the Mommy is my favorite peep, I like nacho cheese Doritos, I am the most easy-going in our household, and I am a grey tabby mancat.

Now, I have to answer five questions:

1. What is your favorite thing to do?  Eat Doritos with Daddy.
2. What is your favorite time of year?  Christmas - that's my gotcha time
3.  What's the most impawtant thing you want to do?  Teach the Mommy to take better photos.
4.  Who is your favorite purrson or animal pal?  Duh, the Mommy!
5.  Where in the world would you like to go? I like to go to the Mommy's chest, but sometimes I like to go to her legs, but the arm of her chair is pretty nice, too.

Mommy pawsitively stinks at passing these things on.  So, please pick it up if you haven't gotten it and are reading our blog.

Hi furriends, Precious here and  I'm takin back my family.  Princeton waltzed up in my house and started doin decoupage and terrorizin everybody and it should have been me!  Well, there's a new tuxie in town and she's not backing down.  This new home of ours has brought out a different side of me.  I sit on the back of the couch and watch tv with the peeps. I lay on the Mommy elebenty times a day and act cute. It's all about Me, Me, Me!  

Mommy always says you get more flies with honey than vinegar.  HAHAMEOW!  Purrs, y'all.

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here on your Mancat Monday.  I'm just hangin out enjoyin these 70 degree (that's Fahrenheit!) temps.  Mommy and I played several rousing games with the wand toy from our FINCAT FRIENDS.   Needless to say, I won every round!

Hi furriends, Princeton here.  Well she's here and I'm under her spell again.  I'm a warm, puddle of mancat around her.  Yes doods, it's true - I let her hold me like a baby.  Should I be ashamed of this?  Seems like too much work for Easy Sunday to me.  MOL!  I'll just lay back and enjoy.  Ahhhh!  Happy Sunday and purrs, y'all.

Caturday Contempt

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  Happy Caturday!  Mommy (cod luf her)  is finally getting around to posting that we got an award from the great NERISSA.  Thank you to them for thinking of us.  We love visiting Nerissa and we follow them on Facebook also.   Be sure to stop by and visit them.    We have another award that we need to post also, but the laptop is acting up.  (mommy is worried bout it - she doesn't have a backup laptop)

Well furriends, this Caturday will probably be spent UTB again.  The installation man for our inside shutters will be here in the a.m.  None of us kittehz (or Chi Chi) will be very happy.  This is my sentiment:

Hi furriends, Princeton here.  It's true, I'm slowly emerging from UTB.  I practiced a little decoupage one night, got scritches from Mommy at 3 in the a.m., and terrorized Precious just a little.  Little by little, I'm settling in too and Mommy is very thankful.

Hi furriends!  Better late than never we say.  Happy Tuxie Tuesday.  It's my first one from the new digs.  I'm  out more, moving around and settling in.  The upside of all of this is the extra scritches, treats, and playtime.  We kittehz are gonna see how long we can "milk it".  MOL!

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  Happy Mancat Monday!  We are settling on in here at our new home and all of us kept the Mommy nice and toasty last night.  MOL!  The windows don't have blinds yet and 3 outta 4 of us fought for the windowsill next to Mommy's side of the bed last night. She was very appreciative.  Hopefully things will just keep getting better.  (paws crossed)

Easy Like Sunday

Hi furriends,  Mommy here.  Caturday night was our first night in the new house.  How was the move?  Well, Princeton didn't make the first trip over because he tore a hole in our box springs and went up into them.  Prancer Pie "sang" to us and panted between songs.  Precious didn't say a peep on the trip over, but remained UTB for the first 8 hrs.  Princess has been the surprise.  She hissed every time I looked at her on the car ride,  got out of the carrier, ate a can of food, pooped, drank water, and went to her heated cat cup and slept for two hours!  She has been the first one to check out the new digs and retrieve her toys.  There's something to be said for maturity and experience!

We will all be getting our easy on this Sunday and hope all our furriends are too.  Purrs, y'all.

Pee Ess - here's the view from under the light - think Princeton will look good up there?  He did eventually make the trip to the new place after the human sis went to his rescue.  She said that she had to sing to get him to quit meowing so much.  (he really likes Taylor Swift songs)

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  Happy Tuesday!  Mommy has tried for the longest time to get a pic of my sweet rabbit feet.  She finally got one with the toes ever-so-slightly curled for your viewing pleasure.  

We are in the process of moving, so if we don't visit or post, it just means we are super busy and/or the internet is not hooked up.

Mancat Monday - On Trial

Hi furriends, Mommy here today.  Look what I found on the counter Sunday morning.  Just what I like to find first thing in the a.m.

And this mess was in the floor.  Had Princeton been practicing decoupage again?  Or was it something else?

But what did I hear whilst cleaning up little bite-size pieces of paper towels???

Oh my!  Looks like the criminal  has been caught red-pawed!  

The perpetrator did not try to make a run for it.  (in his favor)  So I then cleaned up that mess.  (it was tissue paper used for packing)

Meanwhile, back in the kitchen, he returned to the scene of the crime and finished off the paper towels so they couldn't testify against him.

Good thing his sentencing went well.  He received a life sentence with lots of cuddles, (when HE wants) treats, good foodables, and lots of scritches.   He also got a smooch on top of the head, which he hated.  Hahahaha!

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here on your Easy Sunday.  Mommy snapped this pic Friday evening as the waning sunlight was coming through the window.  I sure did enjoy it and good thing, too.  Saturday it rained all day long!

I'm  gonna be gettin my easy on this Sunday with clearing skies later in the day, but with much cooler temps.  Great snugglin weathers.  Well, i'm off to start my Sunday.  Purrs, ya'll.

Hi furriends, Princeton here.  Happy Caturday!   I am very happy cause we has new furriends this week, the kid is here from college, (you KNOW what she does to me!) and we got awardies!  Our awardies come from the kittehz over at PEACE LOVE AND WHISKERS. We want to thank them for thinking of us and tell you how amazing they are, cuz they linked like twenty of our furriends up for the awards.  That is pawsome!   Be sure to stop by and visit them.

Yesterday we had--wait for it-- 71 degrees fahrenheit weather and sunshine!  Have mercy!  It was a sunpuddlefest.  Tomorrow we get back to more normal temps and precipitation.  We kittehz are gonna curl up and snooze while the peeps get busy. We hope everybody has a great Caturday.  Purrs, ya'll.

Hi furriends!  The kittehz here are lettin me do a post!  I'm so excited i'm shivering with anticipation.  (well, I actually shiver all the time)  Mommy thought this pic was cute and wanted to post it.  It's double hard to get a decent pic of me cuz I rarely sit still and if I do, it's cuddled under a blankie.

We thought you might want to know that I'm a rescue also.  The real deal.  A crawl through the wet woods on your hands and knees type of thing.  Mommy is a sucker for a furbaby in dire straights.  I was supposed to be a foster, but here I am almost 3 years later!  Another failed foster.  Bwahahaha!

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here. We've been having some rainy days here in SE Oklahoma and we kittehz are spending our days piled up snoozin. (is there any other way to spend rainy days?)  I was really relaxed when Mommy snapped this pic, so I gave her "the look".  The aggravation is apparent right down to my little gray paw pads. (squeee!)

Here where we live is still very far behind in rainfall.  We are still considered to be in extreme drought conditions.  Mommy is very thankful for all the rain, but it may prolong our move into next week.  **sigh**  In the meantime, we hope everybody has a great Thursday.  Purrs, ya'll.

Hi furriends, Precious here, posting from the hairy green chair.  Mommy sold this old green chair to a place in town that carries used furniture.  When they came to our home to look at some of our stuff, she told them the cat hair was gratuitous.  MOL!  I had to snicker from UTB.

We're gonna miss this old chair, but Mommy says the catio will be worth it.  We can't wait to post pics as it comes together.  It's nothing like the KATNIP LOUNGE catio, but it will be a place to hang out without the peeps harpin on us!
