Snoozy Saturday

This Saturday the Daddy is feeling poorly and I'm going to help by keeping him warm and snoozing with him.

 We've  escaped all the wicked weathers. (whew, thanks for the purrs) and now we're just gonna recharge our batteries this weekend.

Hi kittehz! It's that time again in Oklahoma.  Time for wicked weather!  I'm snoozing away the day.  I had to be on storm watch last night.  You kittehz know I like to keep watch on my catio while the storms roll in.  (yeah, I'm strange)  Looks like I'll be on storm watch again, tonight.  If we don't post, don't worry, we could just be without innernets or power.

Caturday Rain

Hi kittehz! Late Friday night found me out on the catio, watching the critters in the field, and waiting on our first thunderstorm of the year.  I love to be outside when the lightning and thunder starts! The storm wasn't bad, just a little thunder,lightning, and rain.  The Mommy made Daddy call me in before it hit. (she is always ruining my good time!)

Late Friday storms mean rainy Caturdays.  I can't wait to sleep on in with the peeps.

Spring Fling 2014

MADI'S SPRING FLING (MISS MADI HERSELF)

When Mommy told me we were gonna do the Spring Fling, I thought, "I'll fling myself down on this bed and maybe spring will be here when I get up."  No such luck, kittehz.

Mommy is supposed to tell about a date that's special.  July is special to my Mommy because that's when her and our Daddy first "met".   She was babysitting for a family and their backyard shared a fence with Daddy's family.  So over the fence he went to see Mommy.  They visited while she watched after her charges and he playfully picked up a miniature Lousville slugger (baseball bat)  and long story short:  Mommy ended up with a chip out of her shin bone.   She says that really made an impression on her.  HahaMeow!

Luckily, she didn't hold it against him.  They married two years later on the date of their first meeting, July 7.   That was almost 30 yrs ago.  (they're older than dirt)

Happy Spring Fling, kittehz.  We hope the real Spring will be here soon.  Purrs, ya'll.

Hi kittehz, it's me, Precious.  This photo is from sometime back in 2011.  I used to love to climb the shade at our old house and stand on the curtain rod.  It wasn't a very big curtain rod, either.  Mommy says I used to "walk a thin line" a lot back then.  Do you think that's kind like balancing on that little curtain rod?  It must be.  heh-heh

Mommy says I'm much better behaved now.  Just yesterday I spent some quality time on the catio getting some fresh-air whiffies.  No thin line here.  Just a comfy carpeted shelf.  MOL!

Hi kittehz, Precious here.   Mommy went to the store today and brought home foodables.  I don't know about all of you kittehz, but I have to inspect what the Mommy brings home.  Each item needs thorough investigation.  The dry roasted peanuts were not to my liking, but obviously something that had been there before was.

Hi kittehz!  Precious here on your Tuxie Tuesday.  The peeps opened the catio for a short time today.  It was only about 24 degrees F.  This is what blew up under our covered catio.  These are NOT my tuxie footprints.

Our chihuahua, Chi Chi, and Princeton went dashing through the pet door.  Kittehz, they're so stoopid it hurts.  MOL!

Princeton thought it was so refreshing, he took a nice roll out on the cold cement.  Dumb, dumb, dumb.

I took all of it in from the comfort of my mini bar, heated by my mini fridge.  Who wears the smarty pants in this house?  This tuxie does!
