PRINCETON'S LOOK OF DISGUST |
Hi kittehz. You know what I hate? When it rains, rains, and rains! We are expecting up to 4 inches of rain today! (let's hope not!) I'll be spending my day in my kitteh tree. We have a roof on our catio, but it's just not fun to be out there when it's yucky.
Mommy says even though we've had an unseasonably cool (for us) and wet July, our plants and trees don't like it. They've all got powder mildew and had to be sprayed. Paws crossed that they decide to pull out of it.
I hope the rest of our furriends have a nice, sunny, Thursday. Enjoy! Purrs, y'all.
You do get pretty extreme weather there - we are relieved to be here! From your title we were looking forward to a bit of amphibian slaughter.
ReplyDeleteOh we in California are envious of the rains you are having. We are in drought and so we might as well resort to kitty rain dance soon.
ReplyDeleteemma and buster
Paws crossed for your plants! Ours are having the opposite problem - it's too dry here! We live in southern California and Emma and Buster live up north, so this drought is covering a huge area!
ReplyDeleteWe're sposed to have rains today too.
ReplyDeleteWe sure hope you don't get that much rain! And that you're home is built on high ground and/or has a sump pump in the basement!
ReplyDeleteOh Princeton I do thank you for sending the lovely cooler weather my way. We had 2.5" of rain Tuesday night...which we needed but we don't really need 4 more inches. MOL MOL
ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
That does sound like a lot of rain Princeton. We are having good weather but thunderboomies forecast for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteIt is very hot today here (for the UK) It's 80F here which is stifling as there isn't even a hint of breeze. To make Mum laugh there was a knock on the door and it was a man wanting to service our boiler!! He came in and after he'd finished he had to turn the heating on so he could be sure it worked OK!!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
we have had this, the second cool day for us with lows in the high 50's. But the hots and rains will be here starting tomorrow. xoxo
ReplyDeleteOh it sure is sunny here today, and very hot!!! We hope your rain goes away quickly.

We've gotten a bunch of rain this week, too. While the storms scare my bro, we really need it!
ReplyDeletePrinceton we're hoping for drier weather too. We've had a lot of rain and really need to dry out!
ReplyDeleteTake advantage of all the sun spots you can find, furriend!
ReplyDeleteYikes, mildew is not fun. Enjoy your sun puddles. I think I'll go find one too.
ReplyDeletedood...forget de rain... we wanna heer mor bout de toad ewe choked !!
ReplyDeleteRain sucks! - Crepes.
ReplyDeleteSorry it is not a good day for the Catio. You do look pretty miffed, Princeton. Hope tomorrow will be better for you. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteDear Princeton,
ReplyDeleteI prefer no-rain too. It makes my fur fluffy. I hope your trees get better, and I hope the rain stops soon so you can have cat-naps in the sun!
Licks,
Cobi
Maybe your humans should start building an ark, Princeton. Stay dry!
ReplyDeleteYeah, our deck is green in parts, too. But mommy is sure enjoying the polar vortex temps!
ReplyDeleteIt has been crazypants rain here, too. Our "cold front" means the high temp was 92 degrees. We were hoping for something a little more substantial that allowed some window whiffies.
ReplyDeletethe skies just cleared here after 4 days of rain and t-storms. Hope you clear out too.
ReplyDeleteWe have had lots of rain here and now we is getting the hots We'd rather have somewhere in the middle.
ReplyDeleteStay safe and dry!
