The hots (and humids) are still here. Bleh.
We are all staying under the air conditioning til late at night.
Then we crawl out into the catio for the sounds and smells of all the other animals that have come out after the sun goes down and the heat abates.

We heard the heat index in Tulsa was 115 today. We don't know if that's where you are but yikes! Even we aren't that hot!

It is a good temperature here at 65F, and the rain has stopped. I hope your Mom's stepdaddy heals well.

We dont want to brag (but brag we will - we're shameless). Our house stays at 70F all year long and we LOVE it that way. And at night we warm on the heated waterybed and on or against TBT.
ReplyDeletethe Mews at Marks Mews sorta do what I do here. Mom keeps it at a steady 74 degrees in summer and a stead 71 in Winter with Mom heating provided at night.
