this summer has got me like this.
I haven't done a thing.
Well, I have antagonized Precious a few times,
nibbled on the Mommy repeatedly,
let myself onto the catio without purrmission,
started a few rough tussling matches, and left
countless pee mails.
Maybe this summer hasn't been a total loss...

Sultry Sunday Selfie

I asked Mom to help with my selfie this Sunday and she did it again.

She cut off part of my ears.

(She had part of Preslee's cut off last week.)

But it is a sultry look from me, so I decided to go with it. 

BONUS: if you look closely, right by my white belly, you can just make out a couple of toesies.

PEE ESS - we are all well even though the weather here in Oklahoma has been a bit crazy.
It is true that we have locally experienced extremes this week:  we did have some flash flooding, some severe thunderstorms and rotation, an earthquake and some light ice/freezing temps.

Spooky Sunday Selfie

  I took a selfie, the Mom threw some stuff on it and BAM (just like Emeril),

We don't live in town, so we don't have trick or treaters or celebrate, which suits us kitties just fine!

Here's my submission for Sunday Selfies.

(Obviously Mom had to snap it for me.)

Mom calls me the Shower Troll because I like to bed down while she's in the shower,

forcing her to step OVER me when she tries to exit the shower.  

The human Dad even had to put up a support bar to hold on to so that Mom wouldn't

fall on me while she was stepping over.

Do I have these humans trained well or what?

Hi furriends!

I had the human Mom help me with my selfie this week.

She cut my feetsies off!

I guess I shouldn't be surprised.  She is a slapdash photographer, at best.
To appease me she said she was mostly focused on my glorious stripes.
I had to agree that my stripes are pretty grand.

Hi furriends,  I'm baaaack!

I feel lucky to even share a selfie with you this weekend.

We've had storms for 2 days. (it's even storming now)

Yesterday a tornado touched down nearby.

We are fine, but we were without power for 10 hours.

(it felt much longer!)

It was awful kittehz, and it was *gasp*  hot and humid!

The Mommy asked Daddy to get some lady called "Genny", as she could

make some light and make it cooler.  We do not know this "Genny", never saw her,

but she made LOTS of noise. Thankfully, this morning the electricity came back on and "Genny" left.

We kits hope "Genny" never comes to visit again!

1.  Mom's cleaning, all kittehz on the tree! (cause the tree is in the middle of the room)

2.  Preslee obviously got to the tree first because he's on top.

3.  Precious thinks she's too cool for these young whippersnappers.

The cat tree had to stay in the middle of the floor for half a day, because Mom couldn't move it with all of us on it.
