Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here. We are just takin it easy this Friday, laid out under the AC. We are very lucky we have lots of fresh water and AC while it is so hot. Lots of animals aren't so lucky. There are many animals displaced by the wildfires. Our furriend, Brian, blogged about how we can all help. You can visit his blog HERE to learn more. Efurrybody stay cool and stay safe this weekend and purrs, ya'll.
All us kitties who have AC and a roof over our heads right now can count ourselves lucky!
ReplyDeleteEven though I don't have AC in this hot hot hot weather I still count myself blessed. I have a home, and food, and toys and all the sticks I could ever want. But most importantly I have a MOM who loves and cares for me.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
We has been purrin and purraying for all of the animals and people in that terrible heat and so many without power. I am so happy you kids are okay! We are praying for all the Colorado humans and animals also. It sounds as though their humane societies, etc. did a great job. Thank Cod for them!
ReplyDeleteExcellent spots, both of ya!
ReplyDeleteWe'll probably be napping here too. I think we should all have a cool party at my house as it's not that hot here yet!
ReplyDeleteThat is a most excellent activity - we think it is hot here but we know it is not compared to you guys! And we feel so sorry for everyone who has had more heat and trauma than anyone deserves with those awful fires.
ReplyDeleteWe are gonna be taking it easy today and all next week. Mama says the hots are coming. We have been purring for all those poor animals in Colorado and back East.
ReplyDeleteSadly in the Uk, we never really need AC. Although mummy has it at work in the big computer labs cause it gets very warm in there with all those machines. Have a great weekend :)xx
ReplyDeleteWe are truly lucky to have a roof over our heads and a/c when it gets too hot and blankies when it gets too cold.
ReplyDeleteWe're sending lots of purrs and prayers to those affected by the fires.
Well, weee's don't need AC in the UK! Alfie and meee's don't even knows what it is!! Weeee's got umbrella's and wellies though :)
ReplyDeleteBig hugs

ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend dear friends,

We worry about the poor animals that are outside in this heat and in the fires. We purr for them.
ReplyDeleteStay cool kitties!!!
ReplyDeleteWe don't like those fires at all :(
Oh gosh that looks like a comfy place. We could spend a lot longer than 40 winks there - 40 hours would be more like it.
ReplyDeleteKeep staying cool, and has a happy!
