Caturday's Low-Down Dirty Shame

Hi kittehz, did you miss us?

The high winds and storms that blew through Oklahoma left us with.....

no internets!!!

We were able to keep up a little through Mommy's frequent coffee house stops

and her iphone.

In other mews...our new Pet Sense store opened!  We are so excited to have a local

pet chain supply store right in town.

Mommy hopped right on down there yesterday cuz she had a great coupon

that was "burning a hole in her pocket".  Heh-heh.

So Mommy got the "granddogs" a new toy, Chi Chi a new toy, and we got...

wait for it...

new kitteh boxes.

We were less than thrilled.

She then produced a new toy which Preslee promptly ran off with.

She didn't even get a pic of it.  

We are hoping for better results from the next trip.

In the mean time, have a great Caturday.

Caturday Cat Fight

It's just that it's Caturday and we love a good cat fight.

Truly, we love each other.

Mommy has failed miserably at photographing the ferals.

They do not want to visit with her.

They are used to their regular caretaker and are very wary of Mommy.

We do wish she could get pics as we know there is a blue kitteh and a meezer kitteh for sure.

Maybe she will have better luck tomorrow.

Thank you for the feel better wishes.   Mom is sure they are working.

Caturday On The Quilt

The human sister took this pic of me and sent it to the Mommy.

I think I look quite dapper standing on the plaid quilt on the peep's bed.

It's been chilly and the Mommy leaves the heated mattress pad on for us.

Sometimes we even "tunnel" under the quilt.

We may have several beds around the house, the human's big bed is always our favorite.

We want to wish all our furriends a Happy 2016.

We were so saddened to learn that our furriend, Isadora, from CRITTERS IN THE COTTAGE,

went to her Rainbow Bridge this week.

Please stop by to leave words of kindness for her family.

We know it will be much appreciated.

IN OTHER MEWS:  Preslee did NOT have to go in for the wound on his belly.

It already looks better this evening and Mommy is much relieved.

That was a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Just this morning I ventured out into the catio for a breath of fresh air.

I could tell it was getting warm, so I beat a path back to the cat tree for a nap.

Gotta get those 23 hours of beauty sleep in.

We've had this nip carrot since last year.

I just discovered it yesterday.

As of right now it has lost part of its feather stalk and has lots of bitey holes in it.

It  is kind of damp and yucky, too.

Oh darn, I've made it look so yummy that Princeton is trying to hone in on the action.

Caturday's Lack Of Refreshment

Once in a while our Mommy brings home these drinks.

For some reason we can NOT leave them alone.

Both of us mancats were checking it out within minutes of arrival.

Eventually Mommy hid her drink inside the microwave so us mancats 

wouldn't chew the straw or slap the drink over.

Like we would do such a thing.

Harumph!

What a way to start our weekend.

We're gonna need extra treats to make up for this injustice!

Our home got skunk sprayed late Friday night.

Whew, our house is noxious!

Even though it is raining cats and dogs here today, we have our windows open.
