Feelin The Heat Friday

The hots (and humids) are still here.  Bleh.

We are all staying under the air conditioning til late at night.

Then we crawl out into the catio for the sounds and smells of all the other animals that have come out after the sun goes down and the heat abates.

We hope all our friends at Blogpaws stay cool and have a great time this weekend.

Thermal Thursday And Mommy-Shaming

We're meeeeeltingggg!

Yes, the no-good, very bad, horrible hots are here.

As a result of the hots, we kits don't go out in the catio til late after the sun sets.

The Mommy and Daddy like to be in bed before midnight -

therein lies the problem.

So starting at 10:00 pm (CST) every night the humans start cajoling, begging,

giving treats, sometimes even crying for us to come inside so the catio can be closed until sunup.

We stand firm.

So the Mommy in a fit of who the hell knows what last ditch effort took the DUSTBUSTER

out into the catio and turned it on Tuesday evening. (She felt so ashamed after.)

We're still not speaking to her.

Go ahead furriends, berate and abuse her.

She deserves it.

We hope you kits (and woofies) have a better week than us.

Stink Eye Saturday

This Saturday's stink eye is brought to you by the huge, yellow,

sucky monster in my catio.

That's right.  The Daddy has the shop vac cleaning out the catio.

Stealing all our lovely furballs, grass clippings, dust and dirty cobwebs.

It will take weeks to get it all back in order!

Meanwhile I'll just keep giving Mommy the ole stink eye.

checkup to a later date.
