EASY SUNDAY

We found our easy Sunday on top of the human sister.  Her foot is in the upper right hand corner, our chihuahua's bum is in the upper left hand corner.  Mommy wanted to post the whole pic, but since the human sister was catching some z's, she didn't think that would be nice.  So it's just us kittens, snoozing, taking this Sunday a catnap at a time.

Hi efurrybody!  It's me, Preslee.  **lickety, lickety**  I'm cleaning up my little mancat claws.  They drew bloods on the Mommy and the Daddy this weekend.   I didn't mean it.  Honestly.

I was just playing with the Daddy and he said I whapped his hand so fast, that he never saw it coming.  Sorry, Daddy.

The Mommy happened to be sitting where I was climbing and I used her back to help pull myself up.  Oopsy.

Needless to say, I had early bedtime Sunday night.  Pffft!

Oh well, tomorrow is Mancat Monday!  Hope all of you kittehz out there have a great one.

Friday Farewell

Our heads are bowed today in remembrance of SPARKLE, THE DESIGNER CAT.  Sparkle, you were one of the great ones, and our Mom really enjoyed meeting and visiting with your Mom at BlogPaws.  You taught so much to many of us and we will greet Summer with open paws.

Thursday's Thoughts From The Mommy

SUPERMOON AND  RECEDING THUNDERSTORM

Hi efurrybody!  It's the Mommy here.  Just wanted to share something strange with you this Thursday.  Top pic I took of supermoon and a thunderstorm that had just passed us a week or so ago.   I cropped the strange light that is in the bottom pic (on the right) out of the top pic.  I thought it might have been something off our yard light.  Upon further investigation,  it is coming from our electric pole at the edge of our property.  There is a pole and transformer there.  Yikes! (no, we never lost power or got hit)  Any ideas?

Meanwhile... Precious had a checkup/vaccines this week.  She was so well behaved and only sang me a few songs on the way there and back.  She got an excellent report and even gave me a little love after we got home.  She wasn't feeling gratuitous enough to allow me a photo, though.  MOL!

We are gettin lots of catio time, this year.  It's the coolest summer on record (for our area) since 1950.  No 100 temps means all day catio access!

Mommy knows this next pic isn't the greatest, but she always get excited when she gets all of us in one pic.

ALL OF US ENJOYING THE CATIO!

So far, all of us are living in purrfect harmony.  Mommy attributes this to taking it slowly and Feliway diffusers.  Several of them.

Ten Things On Tuxie Tuesday

10 THINGS THAT MAKE THIS TUESDAY STINK:

1. We still have them.  (Preslee and Prudence)
2. We still have him.  (Princeton)
3. They eat my kibble, but I can't eat theirs.
4. We got flea/tick meds today.  Bleh!
5. I was having a good time in a box, by myself, and Princeton ruined it.
6. It's shark week.  How about Tuxie week or even Kitteh week???
7. Mommy was harsh to me.  (she said to shut up and quit the grumbling, can you believe it?)
8. Princeton got on the same cat tree as me.  AS IF!  
9. The catio gets closed up at 10 pm sharp.  Pfffft!  I like the nightlife, kittehz!
10. My annual vet visit is being scheduled.

Tuxie furriends, we need to take back Tuesdays!!!  **pumps paw in the air**

Mini Mancat Problems On Monday

Kittehz, I'm all tuckered out this Sunday.  I am gonna get my snooze on every chance I get!

Caturday Sleeps

Mommy says that there will probably be a lot of restin and snoozin today.  That's because we had our first V-E-T checkup yesterday.   We both weighed in at 5 lbs and 3 oz. and we both had itty bitty permanent teeth peeking through, but we still have all our baby toofies.  He said we are roughly 12 weeks each.

He checked our hearts, ears, lungs, checked for parasites, (we had already been wormed) and then kittehz....he stabbed us!  It was dreadful and one of us sang the song of our peoples all the way home.  Mommy couldn't figure out which one of us it was.  MOL!

We also started sharing the house with Precious and Princeton  all day.(so far, so good)  Mommy will still be putting us in our own bedroom when she has to be gone for a while and at night.  She said we all need our sleeps.  MOL!

The New Tree On Tuxie Tuesday

Hi!  It's me, Prudence!

I'm posting today from the NEW cat tree.

Mommy spent elebenty hours putting this thing together.(and only smashed one finger)

This thing even has a treehouse and swinging hammock.

FYI:

It's from Amarkat.

Ordering online from them was a good experience.

The pieces were packed nicely and the illustrations were easy.

It is a very sturdy tree.

Here it is in all it's glory.

All 64 inches of it.

We kittens are making good use of it.

Upside Down Mancat Monday

UPSIDE DOWN.

That is how my life has been turned.

We still haven't spent more than a second or two, nose to nose, with the new kittens.

This week, the Mommy is vaccinating the kittens and putting up a screen door between our spaces.

However, treats are more abundant and so are cuddles.

Yay!

 Excellent!  Thanks to my furriend SPITTY,  (and his servant re-edumacation camp) I have trained the Mommy to open the window before I even ask.
