Hello loyal subjects, HRH Princess posting today.  Kittehz, I guess sumtimes you just can't run from your past.  You can take the kitteh outta HE--, but you can't take the HE-- outta the kitteh.  It's no secret I'm a *mature* kitteh (NO. You may not ask how old.)  But, I've raised sum cane in my heyday. Yes, I've done  things I'm not proud of.   For a number of years, I regularly tormented The One Who Came Before.  But, all that changed.  I grew, mentally as well as physically.  My place in this house is well established. But early Monday morning, well, I relapsed.  Mine Mommy had to be up at 4 a.m. fur the Nana's operation.  Well, at 3:45 a.m. (a full 15 minutes early) Mommy was hauled from her restful slumber, by me sittin on her chest whappin her across the face!  No, this was not paw tappin, this was full fledged whappin. I don't know what came ofur me, kittehz.   Oh well, what's done is done. No use cryin ofur spilt milk. That sounds yummy, I think I'll haf sum.  See? I feel better bout it already!  Happy Tuesday from the Tortie Princess and purrs, ya'll.

Mancat Monday From The Tree

Hi furriends, Prancer here.  It's Monday again.  Mommy is so excited about this (lousy) pic.  It's the first time we haf slept close to each other, much less in the same tree!  We were both lookin at the flashy box, but of course the little rugrat looked away at the last moment.  **sigh**  Mommy says it doesn't matter, she has the proof!

We need to let efurryone know we probably won't be gettin around much fur a couple of days.  The Nana (Mommy's Mom) has to haf surgery at the hospital today and the Mommy is gonna be wif her alot. So, iffen you don't mind to spare sum purrs, we'd appreciate it.  (cuz the Nana sends really good kitteh gifts at Chrissymouse) Happy Monday furriends, and purrs, ya'll!

Hi furriends, it's me, Prancer Pie.  I'm posting today from my red couch again.  This is how I'll be spendin my day today.  Who am I kiddin?  I like to spend good part of efurry day here! HaHaMeow!

The pawrents had ribs this weekend and we all gotted sum.  Kittehz, nuthin says luffin like a pig in the oven!  They were yummy!  I sincerely hopes efurrybody has an easy Sunday. Purrs, ya'll.

Caturday Crooning

Hi furriends and happy Caturday!  Prancer Pie here to tell you bout a little Caturday ritual around our house.  My Mommy, (cod luf her) sings "Caturday in the Park" efurry Caturday to me.  This song was recorded by Chicago back in July of 1972.  Mommy  was young, but remembers the song well.  I hopes efurryone has a great Caturday, whatefur your Mommy sings to you.  Purrs, ya'll.

Fellowship On Friday

This is a first  around here.  Princeton and Precious after just having their treats, (yes, on the kitchen island)  so close together.  This is definitely a red-letter day around here!  Progress is being made. Of course, there was a no-holds barred, knock-down dragout, shortly after this was snapped.  In this pic, you can see Precious already starting to show signs of being irritated.  (sorry bout the spots, Princeton had recently splattered toilet water on the Mommy and the flashy box)

The unholy mess. Again.

 Hi ya'll.  It's me, Princeton.  Well, you furriends asked fur pics of the mess and low and behold, I made anudder one just fur you furriends to see.  Mommy's kickin herself fur not carrying the trash out that she threw efurrything away in the first time.  She did catch me before I totally trashed the toilet bowl, though.  She said to let efurryone know that the hoomans do NOT use that toilet cuz we like to drink and I like to play in it.  Howefur, I sumtimes manage to get large amounts of litter in it. ???????   Bad werds are commonly used while she scrapes the litter/water hardened material off the ring. (while I watch)

 Hi furriends, it's me, Precious wif your Tuxie Tuesday.  Well, that little rugrat Princeton, is still stealin my thunder.  He found three, used, family size tea bags on the counter last night.  Mommy puts them on her eyes after brewing tea.  We woke to Tea-mageddon, furriends.  Mommy says tea was scattered from he--, to breakfast!  Why, oh why, didn't I think of that??? 

Mommy has been trying to spend more time wif me, so I will mebbe quit doin terrible things.  I haf quit alot of them.  Stalk and terrorize is still my favorite game.  Princeton is gettin old enuff to start giving it back to me, though.  He does seem determined to unsurp my pawsition as homewrecker.  He just better remember one thing:  TUXIES RULE!  Purrs, ya'll.

Hi furriends, it's me Princeton!  I'm doin mancat Monday cuz Mommy wants to tell efurrybody what a stinker I am.  MOL!   I kinda had a house-trashin in our laundry bathroom.   Mommy came in the back door and saw the mess and immediately knew it was my handiwork.  (I had efun bathed in the toilet bowl!)  Kittehz, let's just say, I DID ALL OF YA'LL PROUD.  I gotta go rest, there's two more bathrooms in our house! HaHaMeow!!!  **wet kitten kisses to all of ya'll**

Hi furriends, it's me, Prancer, wif you this Caturday.  I've been spendin sum quality time wif the Mommy.  We are cuddlin in the easy chair til her and Daddy go out to eat tonight.  They're goin to a fish restaurant.  I'm hopin sum of that fish finds its way home to me. hee-hee  Til then, Mommy and me will be stuck togeddur like glue, wif her whisperin sweet nuthins in my ear. I luf that woman. Purrs, ya'll.

Unsolved Mysteries - The Poo Phenomenon

 

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here to welcome you  to our edition of Unsolved Cat 'n' Dog Mysteries.  Many years ago, befur I was borned there was the one that came before me.  Her name was Kitteh Wink.   Kitteh Wink was what we Oklahomans call a  "ring-tailed tooter" .   One evening the Mom had gone to visit relatives.  Upon entering the house, Mom noticed a "racing stripe" right down the middle of the hardwood floor.  It appeared  that Kitteh Wink had attempted to clean her behind by dragging it across the floor.  As the Mommy cleaned up the mess, something caught her eye.  On the wall, about 3 feet (approx 1 meter) from the floor, in the family room, was a...a...(wait fur it)....a turd!  And boy, was it stuck!  The pawrents haf nefur figured out how it got there.  To this day, they still talk about it.  When we learned of this Unsolved Mystery Day, the Poo Phenomenon immediately came to mind.

Thankful Thursday

Hi furriends, Princeton here on Thankful Thursday.  I'm very thankful for my blue jingle toy. It is shaped like a Chrissymouse bulb. Mommy says it makes a very loud noise.

Kittehz, when I want to play wif  my toy in anudder room, I pick it up and put it in my mouf and carry it!
My favorite time to play wif my toy is between 12a.m. - 2 a.m.  Hee-hee.


Mommy just added this shot of me chasing my jingle toy, for fun.  At least there's a modesty star.



Hmmm, what's this?  The confessional is empty.  Mebbe I should get inside fur a little while.  What do you kittehz think?  Precious isn't the only one that needs to confess!  MOL!   Purrs ya'll.

Temptations on Tuxie Tuesday

Hi ya'll, crunch, crunch, it's me, Precious.  nom, nom  It's Tuxie Tuesday! crunch  Ya'll know I like my Temptations num, num, num as much as the next girl. (well, mebbe a little more)  We even got a big bag (or two) fur Chrissymouse.  CRUNCH  So, the Mommy tells me we crunch, crunch, are gonna start limiting my number of treats! cough, cough, sputter..... What exactly are you saying, Mommy dearest???  Are you saying that - I'm, I'm, I'm............FAT?!?   What about all that running to the kitchen when I hear the bag of treats?  That's got to count fur exercise.  When I chase my brofurs and sisfur--that's exercise, too. This is not ofur.  Not by a long shot.  I will haf my Temptations, as cod as my witness....I'll nefur go hungry again!  TUXIES RULE!  **burp** 'Scuse me.

Today is a holiday in the U.S.  It is Martin Luther King Day, so the  government offices and banks will be closed.  The sisbean has a day off from her school and is home.  Yay, head scritches and extra luffins fur efurrybody!  Happy Monday and purrs, ya'll.

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  It's Sunday and it has been a "long hard row to hoe".  (that means it was a ruff week)  So, here I am again on MY red couch.  It is one of my favorite places to play, roll, nap, and if Mommy would let me, I would eat here.  That's why we haf so many red couch photos.   We are definitely gettin our easy on this Sunday.  How are you gettin your easy on this Sunday?

Caturday Purrs Please

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.   Mommy and I are moving slow, cuz we haf a bad case of the sads.  My Mommy's hooman sister has several rescued woofies.  Late Friday afternoon, Daisy and Gracie both crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly.  Both incidents were unrelated and tragic.  My Mommy said that her sister and niece were gonna need alot of purrs to get through this.  They don't blog, but could really use sum motor revvin right now.  I'm gonna make biskits on my Mommy to make her feel better, too.(she gets really involved wif her family's furbabies) We hope efurryone of our furriends has a great Caturday and purrs, ya'll.

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  This pic is from my New Year's Card.  Mommy says she wasn't goin through all that "BLEEP" tonight tryin to upload pics and post.  She said Blogger has been a real stinker this week.  If we haven't visited you, it's because we've been haffin trouble leavin comments.  If anybody else is haffin these problems, please leave us a comment. (if you can)  She said this whole week has made her ready fur the weekend.  Guess, that makes me ready too.

We are workin on our Cat/Dog Unsolved Mystery fur the 20th.  Ours is kinda disgusting.  Hopefully Blogger will be cooperating by then.  Til tomorrow then, you can find us in front of the fireplace.  Purrs, ya'll.

Hi ya'll.  It's me, Princeton bringin in Thursday fur ya.  Mommy and I've been cleanin in the litterbox room.  Well, she was cleanin the box and I was helpin by playing.  I'm a big help, like that. MOL!

Tonight, we's all wadded up wif the pawrents wif a cold front coming through our  area.  The wind is howling!  We might even haf a dusting of that white stuff!  We are thankful fur warm beds and a roof ofur our heads.  Efurrybody stay warm and dry on this Thankful Thursday and purrs, ya'll.

Hi ya'll.  It's Tuxie Tuesday wif me, your hostess wif the mostess, Precious.  Today, I helped my Mommy wif the visitin and the pooter updates and of course, this post.  We are so excited that we haf a new pooter cord!  Mommy is guarding it closely and locking it up until she gets a cord cover.  That little rugrat Princeton is givin me a real "run fur my money". (that means he's challenging me fur the devil cat title)

I also helped wif other things this week.  Like fights wif my little brofur, pushing a dish off the counter, leavin my speshul uh, scent, in the human litter box, (that is where you do that, isn't it?) and of course, I'm workin on re-decorating some of Mommy's chairs.  Well, I'm off to trap sum unsuspectin kitteh in a corner and terrorize them. Hee-hee, TUXIES RULE!!!

Hi furriends, Prancer here on Mancat Monday.  We is still operating on what little battery power we has left on the Mommy's laptop.  Hopefully she gets her cord today.  Mommy says she is gonna guard it carefully.  She'll haf too, cuz that Princeton is one slick kitteh. MOL!

Who Knew?

Hi furriends, Princeton here.  Daddy taked a picture of me and the Mommy while we were snoozin.  He left the camera next to Mommy's easy chair, so when she woke, she knew sumthin was up.  I, of course, furever alert, (hahameow) knew what he was up to.  You will note that my leg is almost touching the floor.  I'm flexible like that.  This is how we are gettin our easy on today. 

We probably won't be visitin much, as I just chewed up my second power cord.  Two in a week.  That's not all i've chewed up this week, but that's a later post.  Who Knew I would be a Cat From Hell??

Caturdays On The Dishwasher

Just takin in sum heat from the dishwasher. A great place to relax.

Hi furriends, Prancer Pie here.  You will probably be able to find me on my dishwasher heater just about efurry day.  Do all you kittehz out there haf one of these?  It's great fur loungin on.  It heats my counter top nice and evenly.  Nefur too warm, but just right.  Purrfect fur these long winter nights.(it was 66F here today!)  Well, whatefur, it's good in the summertime too.  Besides, today is Caturday and was expressly made fur us kittehz to lounge, sun, snuggle, and just generally be lazy. Hope your Caturday finds you in your warm spot, too. Purrs, ya'll.
