Friday Furcast
Hello furriends, Prancer here to talk about that Friday Furcast! We haf about a 40% chance of rain Friday and Saturday! Yay! We still will be in those triple digits, but if we could lower our chance of fire, we would be so grateful. As we post tonight, we haf friends in a nearby town fighting a terrible fire. So, furriends, we would be so thankful if you could send up an extra purrayer today, for us, along wif those furriends we are purring so hard fur, Ayla and TBT at MarksMews, Daisy the Curly Cat, Mommy ML at Missy Blue Eyes, and Spats at the Taylor Catss. We hopes efurryone has a happy weekend. Purrs, ya'll.

I always worry about fire where I live too - we are in the foothills, where it always gets dry in the summer and fall.
ReplyDeleteSounds terrifying. PURR PURR PURR
ReplyDeleteWe hope you get some rain this weekend to both ease the fire risk and hopefully cool the heat down a bit.
ReplyDeleteStay cool and take care

ReplyDeleteI read somethin' the other day, Prancer, about the dry weather and it's effect on livestock and crops in Texas and OK...it sure makes me feel for the farmers and ranchers and I pray this drought will break.
Stay cool, my friends! Pray for rain!
Prancer what a very kind and thoughtful post today. Fire scares us very much too and everyone needs some gentle soaking rains. We'll keep everyone in our prayers!!

Prancer, we hope you get rain! We could use some too.
ReplyDeleteWe have our Motors on "HI" for all our friends.
Add our purrs to that purr list.
ReplyDeleteWe sure do hope you get some rain.
We're having a terrible mosquito problem.Mom walked outside yesterday and she swears a squillion mosquitoes jumped on her. They have found 2 cases of West Nile disease in our area (mosquito born) so Dad was worried. Mom worries more about skitters biting us, with that many it's probably next to impossible to keep them ALL out and Mom is trying really hard to do that.
